Membership
What is Challenger MVIP membership?
24-month tier membership will be automatically upgraded into Challenger MVIP for members who hit $15,000 spending and above in the past 12 months

Challenger MVIP members will have their membership extended for another year. Challenger MVIP members will need to continue to have the spending of $15,000 and above in the past 12 months to continue to enjoy the status and benefits as a MVIP member otherwise the MVIP membership will be converted back to 24-month membership tier and will no longer enjoy MVIP benefits.

Where can I use my Challenger ValueClub membership?
Challenger membership can be *used at any of our Challenger stores island-wide and Challenger.sg. You may also use your available eVouchers/coupons in-store and online at Challenger.sg.

General - GST Refund
Can I claim GST refund as a tourist?
GST refund is applicable for tourists visiting Singapore for a holiday or transiting through Singapore.

You will be required to present your original passport personally with the social visit stamp by ICA Singapore to prove your eligibility. Claiming on behalf of friends, family members, etc. is not permitted. Please note that photocopy and/ or images of the passport are not accepted.
